Your quotation confirms new, used or refurbished condition and the applicable warranty duration and coverage for each product. Contact Electrotel with the invoice number and fault details for warranty assessment; the repair or replacement route depends on the confirmed product warranty.
Installation & support
We agree the installation tasks, included support, service hours and any ongoing fees before work starts. Extra visits, parts, licences and additional work are quoted separately.
